I think you're trying to claim that the Bidens can't use Smirnov's indictment to argue that "fruits of a poisonous tree" fatally taints all other and further investigation into their activities. If that's your claim, you seem to have a far greater belief in their guiltiness than...well, just about everyone right now. Comer and Gym Jordan excepted perhaps.

At that point I figured that you could simply state your thought and explain your previous posted gibberish if you wanted to have a conversation.
