Well, you should study history a bit better. Why is this teocratic regime ruling Iran? it started as a revolution (the islamic revolution) agains the fascist government of the Shah. Who put the Shah there, by a coup, shutting down a democratically elected government (Mossadegh ) that wanted that the oil money went to the iranian people and not to the US companies? Just have a guess...
