Pas mal ! Mazzy Star - Into dust Luke Danfield Remix is not bad either, mystical and jumpable :) BUT nothing is as good like the original, n'est-ce pas ? ;)

Uhhhhh, I guess I can see why you say that. Hope Sandoval’s soft vocals get a little lost in the remix, but I suspect that’s intentional. Having a stronger vocalist like Florence Welch would just drag this further from the original. Not sure if that would be a good or bad thing, but probably it would be further from the (strained?) point of the remix.

I don’t DISlike it, but I don’t love it either, whereas the original is pretty awesome. I’m definitely “pro-cover”, so not an “original nazi”, but remixes are hit and miss for me.
