See the money, wanna stay for your meal
Get another piece of pie for your wife
Everybody wanna know how it feel
Everybody wanna see what it's like
Oh, baby wanna be a queen, well all right
We all deserve the finer things in this life

So working on a little job in the night
It's forty dollars an hour when I see the light
The boss saying I look tired, I don't mind
He'll be working in a small box till he die
For me, I gotta be free all my life
I want a little cream cheese in my pie

All right
Yeah
All get back, if you don't dance
The greenback boogie
The motherfucking boogie

Now puttin' on a big wig, walking hall
Hanging with them big pigs, huff and toss
Got me a couple ideas straight from God
I want a bean pie, order me a bean pie
Living in a beehive, I don't mind
Me and Missy, it's so early, busy, busy makin' money

All right
All step back, I'm 'bout to dance
The greenback boogie
The greenback boogie
Boogie now for me

Hey!

Say, it's more better
When you give it away
It's called the greenback boogie
What people don't say now, I'll say

It's better
When you give it away
It's called the greenback boogie
Don't give it all away now, I'll say

It's better
When you give it away
It's called the greenback boogie
Don't give it all away now, I'll say

See the money, wanna stay for your meal
Or say it's gonna put some love in your life
Don't you really want to know how it feel?
Everybody wanna see what it's like
People wanna be inside, it ain't lies
We all know there's better things in this life

Yes, I'll step out for your last dance
On the greenback boogie
Motherfucking boogie
Boogie-oogie-oogie
Greenback boogie

Come on back to paradise
Come on back to paradise
Come on back to paradise
Come on back to, come on back to

Come on back to paradise
Come on back to paradise
Come on back to paradise
Come on back to, come on back to

It's the greenback boogie (Come on back to paradise)
It's the greenback boogie (Come on back to paradise)
Don't give it away now (Come on back to paradise)
Don't give it all away now, I'll say (Come on back to, come on back to)

It's better (Come on back to paradise)
In the greenback boogie (Come on back to paradise)
Don't give it away now (Come on back to paradise)
Don't give it all away now, I'll say (Come on back to, come on back to)

It's better (Come on back to paradise)
It's the greenback boogie (Come on back to paradise)
Don't give it away now (Come on back to paradise)
Come on back to, come on back to

Come on back to paradise
Come on back to paradise
Come on back to paradise
Come on back to, come on back to

Come on back to paradise

SUITS

We know.

Honestly? I agree. Whenever I thought "Now would be a good point to stop" it just kept going. Might just be because I am used to it from the opening, too, though.

I am in the opposite camp. I love that it keeps going!
I'm gonna have to check the show out.  It seems to be extremely popular.  My wife really liked it.

Somehow I immensely prefer the cut down version of the "Suits" intro, which I love. Not quite sure what that says about this song....

SUITS
Not sure about the date and lack of lyrics, but this song is 15 years old... which explains the "throwback" feel.
Oh Yeah!! Dig this song! Big time ear worm. Suits was a cool show!
My inner pedant is bridling at the lack of an apostrophe.
Well, it's interesting.  A novelty piece.  A bit of a throwback, I hear all sorts of echoes of tracks from years ago.  I'm not sure I could jam a lot of listens into my ears.
