I grew up speaking Spanglish in my house, but some of the sentences here seem a little contrived. Normally what we do is intersperse sentences in the two languages, not random words, unless there is ONE word which conveys the message much better and this usually comes at the end, like "esto tiene mucho FEELING". Still love Los Lobos though.

Really below-average LL. This sounds like a bad Ricki Martin record (and if it actually was, everybody would probably give it a \"3\") 
I don\'t think i like this song that much, but i pay attention to it every time it comes on. I think it\'s a combination of the Spanglish -- a language that always captures my attention -- and the use of baritone sax.
If only it weren\'t so damned sappy!

Cajuns are notorious for skipping back and forth, often mid-sentence, I know from personal experience.
