I might be wrong
I might be wrong
I could've sworn I saw a light coming on

I used to think
I used to think
There was no future left at all
I used to think

Open up, begin again

Lets go down the waterfall
Think about the good times and never look back
Never look back

What would I do?
What would I do?
If I did not have you

Open up, let me in

Let's go down the waterfall
Have ourselves a good time, it's nothing at all
It's nothing at all
Nothing at all

Never look back
Never look back

HaHa - ya gotta love what folk write when there's anonymity...

I'm not a RH fan in particular, but OK Computer is awesome end-to-end for me! However, according to comments, that's either when I'm being 'intelligent' or a 'pretentious knobhead' (from memory...)... What a load of bollox

FFS people - we all like what we like, and if he/she/they don't like your fave band it really doesn't matter... Flip side of that is just cos you (yes, YOU...) don't like something, it doesn't mean it's crap!

Years ago when I was in the (too-seldom) act of donating money to RP, a particularly obnoxious Radiohead song came. I let William know my displeasure; to his credit, he consoled me by noting  that the band was one of the most polarizing he played.

Some love it, some hate it. I mostly lean against Radiohead but this was a cool discovery tonight. So we all roll with the punches and angsty warbles...
First thought was is Morphine still playing.

Ah Radiohead. In my opinion - always worth the effort.
This was epic when it was released and even better now...  Great albums put out then...  Kid A/Amnesiac

Thanks for the reminder of just how great this album is. Am going to add the whole album to my workout setlist.

For this particular album, get a really decent amp and speakers; you need good separation on the bass and mids. Wait for a quiet morning when you're on your own. When you're comfortable, crank this track up and lie down on the floor on your back with you eyes closed and just listen.

If you don't get it, just find something else. If you do, you'll probably agree that was well worth the trouble....

I think there are still a lot of folks in the "old Radiohead" camp that can't stand their newer, more electronic stuff, and I think that adds to the vitriol. Personally I love both, for different reasons. It's cool when bands evolve -- they're just not going to take all their old fans with them.

I LOVE the new Radiohead, well all of them and especially Atoms for Peace!!! Check them out

So if someone doesn't agree with your musical tastes, they are stupid?
Good, but not their best tune.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

What a riff...  What a song...  What a band...

What a shame... that people have to bash the creative intelligence, dare I say genius, of artists whose whole being is poured into their works. All on a platform provided entirely by its own community.

Put some headphones on, open your ears and let your mind expand. Or go back to
your top 40 where you can't tell the difference between the "songs" and the commercials.

Discovered this via RP.

Quality. Sounds mega through headphones.
Now I finally get the big deal about RH

A quirky little groove from them that really works, to my ears.

There are too many Radiohead fanboys who think they're more along the lines of Ghandi, rather than musicians.

Conversely, there are also too many Radiohead haters who are so enraged at their large number of pretentious fans, that they translate that hate into a hatred of the actual band, regardless of whether they would have liked their music or not without these fans.

In either case, chill out.

I feel I'm a pretty well-rounded and knowledgeable music listener, and I really like this song. However, I don't think Radiohead are geniuses, and they also clearly do not suck. It sounds good to my ears.

Appreciate your balanced view, but I'm not aware of RH fans on RP thinking the band is Gandhi - like.

Great band belonging in the Pantheon of great rock bands, but Gandhi??? That would be U2{#Angel}

If this tune were strictly instrumental I'd really dig it.  I'm at odds with the vocals but there's still plenty here to like.

Have not heard this one in a long time - love it.
This has got to be one of my absolute favourites - turn the volume up to 11
Radiohead guitars sound good.. that's a fact. :)

According to Ed O'Brien, the new Radiohead album is almost finished!   I can't wait!!

"Genius", particularly as it pertains to music, is a subjective term.  And in my view, Radiohead are a bunch of fakes.

On the subject at hand, you're going to have to do better than the cranial/rectal inversion thing.  It's hack, and it's a fallback for intellectual featherweights.

A fantastic song!
Can I get worker's comp for being hypnotized on the job?  (Your honor, every time I try to type, I involuntarily bark like a chicken!)  Seriously, though, the song is good.  Creepy magician good, but still good.

Lakefield Ontario?

Ridiculous is in the eye of the holder, I guess.

PT are simply better musicians than Radiohead.  Any musician who is objective on the subject will tell you that.

I seriously doubt that Radiohead's so-called music has any more legs than PT, or Yes, for that matter.  I think they are very much of a time and that they will at some point, thankfully, just fade away.

As for the whole "offensive" thing, relax, man.  Our opinions differ, that's all.

I'm with you on that one.  The bridge to the ending is beautiful, the end ties it together, and cutting it doesn't do it justice.

Play the whole track!

One of the most popular bands of the last dozen years.

Dude!  So THAT'S where that CD came from!  Thanks a lot!

Porcupine Tree is the most amazing new band I have heard in years. Thanks RP for turning me on to them! Now Radiohead is another story... When all the hype started about them I bought their first big cd. I listened to it four or five times and just hated it more every time. Then one day I parked next to a car that had a Radiohead sticker on the back window. I took my radiohead cd and left it under their windshield wiper. They can have it! Talk about droning and whining.... Someone should put that singer out of his misery. There are a couple songs I can endure but the hype to me does not correlate to the talent. imho
Melancholy, awsome

Good comment. Keep playing more interesting music!

I love Radiohead but this is their worst song I think I've ever heard.
Not so sure about the comments regarding how this song rocks. Almost anything off The Bends rocks harder than this....

As soon as I heard the weak, whingeing, irritating voice I should have guessed it was Radiohead. I still say that the singer deserves a serious slap across the chops with a wet haddock. Speaking of a whining drone! Yeesh, take a pill. This is great!

cool mixing work....on guitar and voice....in a classic mixing system this song doesn't work at all!!!
This is absolutely Radiohead's best song, and is definitely one of the greatest alt rock songs in history. Then again, I might be wrong.
2 seconds into this song i know it's gonna rock. that beat is too awesome! then i find out it's radiohead, and my enthousiasm doesn't change. They have that knack of being very good when you think they're overhyped. great track!!
