And you were the proudest thing I'd ever seen
And you were the proudest thing I'd ever seen
And I knew that I couldn't say a thing
And I knew that I couldn't say a thing
And you felt so struck at the feet of the crow black marks

When a pigeon comes to greet you
Sometimes it's hard to tell
Ah, exactly what it means
When the sounds they make swell
And whose side are you on? Whose side are you on?
There's no one here but me
And whose side are you on? Whose side are you on?
There's no one here but me

And you were the proudest thing I'd ever seen
And you were the proudest thing I'd ever seen
And I knew that I couldn't say a thing
And I knew that I couldn't say a thing
And you felt so struck at the feet of the crow black marks

But when a pigeon comes to greet you
Sometimes it's hard to tell
Ah exactly what it means
When the sounds they make swell
And whose side are you on? Whose side are you on?
There's no one here but me
And whose side are you on? Whose side are you on?
There's no one here but me
No one here but me

Nice album artwork
Agree - very Vampire Weekend-eque; and not a fan of them.  I would put this in the same bucket - too similar (at least this song)
No.

Repetitive guitar bit is kind of annoying to my ears.
Might need to learn it so I can bug my family.
If a pigeon comes to greet me, I will kick it away!
It's my worst nightmare!

(the song itself is OK. Vampire Weekend-esque, or as someone cleverly put below, Vampire Weekday. Not as good lol)
I feel like they could use a stronger vocalist...he seems constrained somehow...man, like it out a bit...let goooooo....

I'm going to give a chance too.
sounds like Gentle Giant from 50 years ago
Great to hear Maps & Atlases on RP!  I always liked these guys.

I sounds like 2 -  3 different songs poorly mashed together to me...

Vampire Weekday.
I thought this was Madison Cunningham! Interesting stuff.
Always so cool to being exposed to new bands!
Thanx RP!
i dig it. wonder if this is the touch of bills offspring. if so i feel reassured.
Digging the rhythmic structure. Plus the band name has two of my favorite things in the world.
First comment.
New group to me
What would "Math Rock" genre be?
