Can't stop hearing these voices
They swim around in my head
The conversations with myself that I wish I had
After all none of this could seem so bad

And I have walked for miles
And I have seen such things
As little boys in dresses and lions and things
But it don't seem to matter
Cause my mind is black and blue

But I don't need your medicine
Cause it eats away at my soul
Said I don't need your medicine
Let the disease swallow me whole

I'm stuck in reverse
And I can see naught but how the black hole there was was the cause of my doubts
I'm falling deeper every second
But I won't shout

Cause I have walked for miles
And I have seen such things
As little boys in dresses and lions and things
But it don't seem to matter
Cause my mind is black and blue

But I don't need your medicine
Cause it eats away at my soul
Said I don't need your medicine
Let the disease swallow me whole

Damn shannon is great gave her a 9
Went from 7 -> 8 as the song was playing.  Nicely loose and crunchy.
Good stuff.  Kind of sounds like the White Stripes.
This song is sticking in my head, in a good way.
Anyone check out her other songs off the album? Any good?
PJ Harveyesque. I like it.
I reckon the Florence haters will be along soon...

Yes I heard the Grace Slick thing too.

Totally working for me - no idea who she is - but I like it!

Album art is broken, no Wiki on Shannon Wardrop too,  quite sparse this  but I like the music
Good Tune!
