I'm in the arch of the church
Between her thumb and her forefinger
I'm a worshipper
A zealot king, cursed, a devotee
Of the heady golden dance she does
She's an uncut drug
I found a vein and a pulse
Chased it and for a minute I was floating dead above myself

Get out of my heart
She won't, she won't
Get out of my heart
She won't, she won't
I saw a glimmer in the dark
And now I know she won't get out of my heart
She won't

I'm in your purse
Pull me out and throw me down
Stick me to your lip and draw a scarlet 'O'
There's a name on my chest in red
The embossing of a branded bull
And I don't want you to

Get out of my heart
She won't, she won't
Get out of my heart
She won't, she won't
I saw a glimmer in the dark
And now I know she won't get out of my heart
She won't

Get out of my heart
She won't, she won't
Get out of my heart
She won't, she won't
And there's a heavenly scar
That let's me know she won't get out of my heart
She won't

Same here! RP introduced me to this band. Now I like several of their tunes.  Thanx RP!

More like Matt Gaetz, dropping off one of his "girlfriends".
The drumming and understated power chords grabbed my attention. Love this!

This is one of the bands (along with Cloud Cult) that RP introduced me to that I think back to when I’m sitting through 12 minutes of Jethro Tull garbage and convince myself it’s worth it.
It's almost Easter...don't scare the Bunny.
What a great band, and what a crying shame he couldn't be helped in time.
At the music festival, it was these guys followed by Hungry Stoat!
Woah!
That right speaker came in and I jumped outta my skin.
Been listening to these guys for years. Crushed to hear the news of Scott's death earlier this year. Crazy that such talent could still be relatively unknown... these guys are really great. Check out their version of "Don't go Braking my Heart" with Craig Finn of The Hold Steady
Scott will be missed. Thanks for playing FR Bill.
