Could you see the aisles of women?
Could you see them screaming and weeping?
Could you see the storm rising?
Could you see the guy who was driving?
Could you climb higher and higher?
Could you climb right over the top?
Why does a multi-millionaire
Fill up his home with priceless junk?

The wind is whistling
The wind is whistling
Through the house

Elvis are you out there somewhere
Looking like a happy man?
In the snow with Rosebud
And king of the mountain

Another Hollywood waitress
Is telling us shes having your baby
And theres a rumour that youre on ice
And you will rise again someday
And that theres a photograph
Where youre dancing on your grave

The wind is whistling
The wind is whistling
Through the house

Elvis are you out there somewhere
Looking like a happy man?
In the snow with Rosebud
And king of the mountain

The wind it blows
The wind it blows the door closed

Madonna gets cred for turning herself into a product and re-inventing herself as needed. Kate's an artist. Period.
This is a really great live album.
So cool to see Kate Bush getting some musical profile again. Such an artist.

Amen! I love to turn this one up to get the full baseline, and the percussion. There is power here similar to the power in Peter Gabriel's music.

If her music is "pop" - why is it not on pop radio? I think some of Kates songs have elements of pop - but most are much more.

There are not too many 'live' songs that are better than the 'Record'.

"While the Rock Hall inductees are decided upon by a body of more than 1,000 artists, industry members and historians, fans have the opportunity to contribute to the selection process by voting every day at vote.rockhall.com or at the museum in Cleveland. The five artists who receive the most votes of these 17 nominees will be tallied among the other ballots to ultimately decide the Class of 2022.
The Rock and Roll Class of 2022 will be revealed in May 2022, with the ceremony itself taking place at a to-be-announced date and location this fall."

So true!  And if you consider the female clone musicians who have followed Madonna's mold and have been strutting sex on stage and churning out schlocky music versus the fine female musicians who have followed Kate Bush's example and used their voices and talents to create fine music your point is further reinforced.
I would use examples to support my viewpoint, but, judging by the comments of many RP listeners, I really don't need to.
That really is quite good!
One of the rare occasions where Live version is amazing

WHAT?
This is just SO good! Much better than the studio version. The drummer is just killing it!
Kate played a concert at our college in New Zealand when I was 15. Was a massive fan before that, but totally infatuated after. Absolutely stunning she was..
I still can't get over the power of this song... I confess, the first time or two I heard it, I swore I heard her sing, "And where is Orson... and where is Orson?" and not long after... "-- In the snow with Rosebud... and King of the Mountain..." and I just love it. Kate Bush is still quite amazing, and I think that is great. Where would I be without RP? In the snow with Rosebud...wondering where the hell Orson Welles is!
Before Florence and the Machine, this was the voice that set my soul alight.

Kate asked concert goers to put phones away. And apparently no bootleggers were in the  crowds either.  Maybe someday Kate will release, but don't count on it.

I would down rate it for what I perceive as terrible production. Everything I have heard from this album sounds 'mushy', which is a shame, and odd, as I understand Kate is very involved in production of her music.

Hmm....it's not too bad on my high end system, but not as good as I would like/expect, either. It is live so that is part of it no doubt.

Is there a "song" buried somewhere in this mess?
How many drum kits on this song? Spector's wall of drum sound.

(Ooops... thanks Scott)

I feel the live recording is exquisite (I have a feeling overdubs may have been used at times as it is a bit TOO good in places) but what I really wish is for Kate to put out a film of the show. This is a terrific band and album and to SEE it would be truly amazing. If you got to go to the UK shows you were incredibly lucky!

That is actually Terry Williams (of Rockpile, et al), who toured with the band when they did their live LP. Omar is apparently the drummer on the LP, otherwise. I thought it was all Terry, because he's the drummer in the video.

if you use a backing track at all, the drummer has got to be on point at all times or the band is dead.
See also Nightwish live. Big choral and orchestral backing tracks and excellent drummers in Jukka and now Kai. Kate and Tuomas also tend to do odd times and time changes. Drummers gotta be very good to keep everything going on beat when that happens.
The band really elevates this live version, very tasty work.
To much esotheric

Act 1 is a collection of songs from various albums, and the wind crescendos at the end of disc/act 1. Act 2 is side 2 from Hounds of Love, played in its entirety. I only learned this recently, after decades of addiction to that album... that side of the LP is a story about a woman shipwrecked alone at sea. So act/disc 2 of the live show begins with the shipwreck.

Through every nook and every cranny
The wind blew in on poor old Granny
Around her knees, into each ear
(And up nose as well, I fear)

All through the night the wind grew worse
It nearly made the vicar curse
The top had fallen off the steeple
Just missing him (and other people)

It blew on man, it blew on beast
It blew on nun, it blew on priest
It blew the wig off Auntie Fanny-
But most of all, it blew on Granny!

Dreamed I met an Eskimo...

Darn. Wrong wind.
