My cairn is falling, tumbling down
But I can build it back again
Concrete calling, screams aloud
Lights, too heavy to see

Capillaries crowd my veins
My blood needs room to breathe
And though the river bleeds in streams
The ocean plays for keeps

My closest friends are overdressed
Let me know when I can leave
And cigarettes still smell like cigarettes
I think I'd rather just sleep

It's hopeless
I hate this
Vegas
Let me go

Not everyone, friend.  This gets a PSD here.

I'll second that.
noise.
First 5 seconds had me thinking it was David Gilmour's "Short & Sweet".

Here, HERE is your false god! Slouching towards Moscow!

Vladimir Lenin proclaiming "More Cowbell" while holding...yes a cowbell

The tone of this song really caught my mood.
That's exactly what I was just thinking!  Amazing synchronicity.

It sounds like Mazzy Star beating Chris Martin of Coldplay to death in the Notre Dame de Chartres with some unwrapped sacred book that no one has written and no one has read. But maybe that's just me; a 7.

Sleepy and repetitive... Are they from Canada? {#Think}

{#Clap} Yep, that's a pretty good (and inventive) summary. Unfortunately it does nothing to me other than bring on narcolepsy, so a Ho-Hum from the sleepy Nottingham jury.

Somehow I doubt they stream this in the Vegas airport. Even though I head there soon, I will have this one in my head, persuading me to leave.

Jeez...with a cool name like Youngblood you're assured about 50,000 in sales right off the bat.

I'd love to have that name.

You wouldn't even need a pick-up line at a bar.

"Name's Youngblood.  Conner."

"Oh yeah? Your place or mine?"

LOL. That's just plain funny. Is this before or after the martini?

Ponderous tune.
..feel like it's gonna take several listens for this one to really grab me, but it might..would be a great intro/combo to some Jesus and Mary Chain, though..

All Radiohead fans: to my taste, this slice of Conner Youngblood has more mystique and musical energy than Yorke's endless existential brooding. Conner here sounds like he's searching for something that has meaning amid the angst and uncertainty. Yorke too often sounds like he's trying to find some anti-depressants.
boring,boring,boring

Such a perfect song for this morning (your night), Sunday, grey, raining, but fresh and vivid

Feeling Grant Lee Buffalo.
First comment?    Sort of powerful.   I like it so far.
Any relation to Alvin Youngblood Hart?
