It starts in 5s ... moves to standard 4s in mid-song.  You can tell 'cuz that's when your hips stop hurting when you dance.{#Dancingbanana_2}

Great piece!

Aye, so it is.. excellent piece
Fell in love with the pad sound after 3 seconds, looked who it was, not surprised, confirmed the attraction power that band has on me.
This is an excellent album that I discovered on Rp, like many others. Thanks, Bill
Rock beats scissors.
I think I need to pick up this disc..everything i've heard on it catches my attention{#Clap}
Great track! Floating through space

Nah. I mean the cover art IS weird, but it's Storm Thorgerson (the guy who did Pink Floyd and many other iconic album covers over the years) so of course it is.

But this song is pretty in-line with the electronica Bill plays on this station. Good groove, not too challenging (no Squarepusher or Aphex Twin), lots of blips and bloops, good stuff!
Love and peace we send out
Another song chosen for it's weird album cover art?!

Indeed!  Hopefully people are sending a little more than just 'thanks' every once and a while.  {#Laughing}  Besides the monthly contribution my wife sends in (as RP is one of the little things that we share even as we go about our separate jobs during the day), I try to remember to start my online shopping (e.g. Amazon), from here.

I PSDed from Lucinda's Williams' awful "Are You Down" to this loveliness, so perhaps the RP cosmos is balancing out agony across the universe. I hope you find a similar transport to happiness when you hit that PSD button.

This doesn't sound like anything I've every heard on Sesame Street, but I don't really watch that program very often since my son got older.  However, given the song's title, it's being "bouncy" shouldn't be terribly surprising.

I psd'd from Steely Dan Don't Take Me Alive heard-too-many-times-over-the-years to this. My taste-o-meter may be frazzed today, but I prefer this. Good mellow with my first evening beer.
Can somebody please stop this?

Hi I am logged on to the mobile version of RP player with a new smartphone and I keep losing signal and then the the music stream goes into fast fwd play like it's trying to catch up on itself.
any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

This tune's name suits it very well, not too bad to get rid of negative vibes. {#Good-vibes}
Everybody in my homeless camps loves this music...  we be dancing buck ass naked all over the forests, fields and lumpy tundra...
Im hearing 5 beats
I bought this because I heard it here. I actually bought two of their cds. Both excellent.

That said I thankfully didnt buy arcade fire or arctic monkeys because of what I have heard here. Fortunately since they wont go away presumably because of their talent there is the PSD button. :)
not my cup of tea, tis happy tho
its 9 o'clock on a Sunday night and I just walked through downtown Manhattan listening to that. That was freaking awesome.
Brilliant!

Funny comment, because my kids enjoy this a lot.  They're 31 and 30, and married.  All of us, including the daughters-in-law, still like Sesame Street, too.

This one grew on me. Nice music to work to.
If you only have a two minute attention span this song is not for you, love the beat.

Very cool tune — I'm really digging hearing songs from different Younger Brother albums here on RP.  This is the 2nd song by YB that I've purchased after hearing it on Radio Paradise (from the link of course, so RP gets its tiny percentage of the sale.)  Add Younger Brother to the list of bands whose music I'd never (or rarely) heard before I discovered Radio Paradise back in early 2003.  Some of them are:

Elbow
Porcupine Tree
Radiohead
Air
Alpinestars
William Orbit
Beth Orton
Arcade Fire
The Derek Trucks Band
Neko Case
Gomez
Hem
Iron and Wine
Fran Healy
Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter
Kathleen Edwards
Patty Griffin
Thievery Corporation
Morcheeba

Thanks to anyone who uploaded any of the above artists' music — really thanks to everyone who's uploaded music.  And thanks to Bill and Rebecca for putting this station together and keeping it going.

Hear, hear. There are actually too many to mention. B&R... you are so generous!

A long boring jam in a long boring set! PLAY SOMETHING  RECOGNIZABLE  AS MUSIC please.
Just catching this on my way out......etherial....
I'm actually no one, but this is my favorite spaceship track on RP.
Ozric Tentacles?
Top much.....
9 -> 10 Love all the synth layers, volumes and the percussion as it's brought into the mix and back out again. A simple concept well executed. Younger Brother, you can generally tell it's them, every track is great!
Alright now having "actively" listened to this tune I'm upping from a 7 to 8.

Well, each to his own.
I really like the more recent Vaccine album (purchased after hearing a track on RP).
I'm a bit undecided about this one. Still it's quite likable.
Good stuff - I dig it!
I still mix this tune up with Mooncake's 9 Billion Names. You've played that here to, so to confuse us, Bill, or at least me, play 'em back to back.

It's a nice tune. Great driving or workout music. But it sounds a lot like Mooncake's number, 9 Billion Names.

Way cool!

(edit: after a few minutes - this track is definitely on my favorites list. The Happy Pills are working'!)

It's a vampire ball; it casts no shadow, silly.  You don't see it refelected in that mirror either, do you?

A little goofy, like the producer and musician(s) went nuts with their toys. (Maybe it was, indeed, the happy pills.)  Sounds a bit like Mooncake.

I wouldn't think so. This is Storm Thogerson we are talking about. He has done legendary covers for Pink Floyd, Led Zep, and Dream Theater. I don't think he would let someone screw up Photoshop.

I hear a Hang and a Charango.

Sounds like William Orbit ate the Chemical Brothers.
Me thinks that RP likes this band. Nice. {#Cool}
