yea, i read and write. sometimes I can't remember what is written, sometimes its very clear. I love dreams vivid, symbolic brain cleansing stuff....

For more than 50 years, I lived for the approval of others, and guess what? If you think you can change yourself to make others happy, then no one will be happy.

Live for yourself, and only hang out with people who support you in that.

Today, I was witness to the following unravellation of the skein of human suffering:

"Anathemaphobia - being in irrational and overpowering fear of becoming who you are not, which results in never becoming who you are."

(scrawled on a coffee napkin blowing down the street in a dream I had last night)

And then I came in and saw Stu's post from September.  Nice!
