Adults can dress up for Halloween all they want but like Christmas it's best with kids participating. 

If you live in the DC area, check out the Mount Pleasant neighborhood on Halloween. Utter madhouse.

I miss the days when after holiday candy would go fro 50% off then 75% and if there was any crappy stuff left over it was 90%.
