As far I know, NEITHER the Supreme Court nor any other court has weighed in on Trump's $10 BILLION lawsuit against the IRS and the proposed settlement between Trump and his top flunky at the IRS to permanently close any audits of the Trump family.

You're splitting hairs. The jury found that Trump was liable for sexually abusing E. Jean Carroll. Carroll IIRC couldn't definitively say whether Trump penetrated her with his finger or penis. NY state law narrowly defines rape by a man as penetration with his penis.
