Mixed into this conversation is the notion that it is illegal to deport anyone without due process. That is also something trump not only appears interested in ignoring, but is fighting at the SCOTUS to continue doing.  The SCOTUS was so concerned about the continued illegal activities of the administration that they released an order at almost 1am on Saturday.  

Due Process is part of the document you only reference when it supports your arguments.  Go read the 5th amendment.

TO BE CLEAR:  I'm all for sending criminals and illegal aliens home, but they have to be given a chance to present their case before being punished.
