It's going to be interesting to see which way Trump jumps. Either piss off Russia and a large portion of his MAGA base or piss off Netanyahu. There doesn't seem to be a third option.
A large fleet of air tankers is already crossing Europe on its way to the Middle East, so it looks like Israel wins the day.
One can only hope this marks the end of Trump's devotion to the modern reincarnation of the Soviet Union, though the one constant of Trump's presidency it to always take the worst decision, so lord knows how this pans out. I'm sure he'll find a way to make matters even worse. Something like Putin then forcing him to make concessions to Russia, like lifting sanctions or supplying weapons or something. You know, art of the deal stuff.

Holy shit. Trump has left the G7, citing "Mid-East tensions". He's posted on Truth Social that "everyone should evacuate Tehran immediately", and Netanyahu is saying "killing Iran's supreme leader will end the hostilities, not escalate them." Is a nuclear strike imminent?
