Hey all

I've just got a couple of Apple HomePods - primary intended use is for home automation but also for streaming internet radio, including of course Radio Paradise.

I have the RP app installed on my iPhone and I can stream it to the HomePods via Airplay with no problem. But what I'd like to do is to be able to tell Siri to play one of the RP streams automatically, without having to unlock my phone, open the app, select the stream and then Airplay it.

I have done something similar for BBC Sounds - over here in the UK it's not possible to access the Beeb's radio streams via things like TuneIn, you have to use their app. When installed, it surfaces in the Shortcuts app with an action that let you choose which radio stream to play. So I can build a shortcut that selects a specific stream and sets it to Airplay to my chosen HomePod. I can then use Siri to run that shortcut, and it works well.

After installing RP I can't see it in the Shortcuts app. Should it be there, or does the app not have the necessary functionality to allow it to be accessed within Shortcuts? If not, what's the likelihood of the app being updated to allow this? I'd just like to be able to select a specific mix, then I can build a shortcut in the same way as I did for BBC Sounds.

Or is there an easier way to do this that I'm overlooking? I've read a load of stuff online that indicates that just telling Siri to play Radio Paradise results in a different radio station with the same or similar name to be selected, so that doesn't sound like the right way to go
