Understandable.

And The Brian Jonestown Massacre is overplayed on Boardwalk Empire.

And that makes 4. I'll contribute an extra 500 dollars to RP if White Elephant is played!

Nick Cave and Warren Ellis... what a golden combination. And it's all happening now! Not 50, 40, 30 or 20 years ago.

A time is coming
A time is nigh
For the kingdom
In the sky

Don't ask who
Don't ask why
There's a kingdom in the sky
We're all coming home

For a while

I've been racking my brain but I just can't understand why the last - and dare I say also best and most critically acclaimed - 3 (!) albums of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds are completely ignored on Radio Paradise. It can't be the quality of the songs, or that they won't fit in the mix, one by one they are beautiful and moving songs. And no, submitting them doesn't help, they keep getting rejected.
Instead, RP keeps playing the same old songs from 20, 30 years ago, which is starting to feel rather ridiculous for an artist and band that have grown and matured so much in the last decade.

There must be a reason. Does anyone know what it is?

It will be great when NC&TBS’s new sounds make the playlists!!!

It is really just the personal preference of the proprietors or the triple p effect.  If Bill and Rebecca (who I am sure gets ultimate say because they look happy) catch the magic and are moved they will add to their station, but if the fancy is not caught it is all for naught.   That's how I'd do it.  Personally I am with you, I am a huge Cave fan especially the vulgar stuff, but you and I are not the DJ for this station so you have to turn to the station in your mind if you want the Cave man.{#Cowboy}
