It was just a few friends getting together for an hour to chat. There was no conspiracy, and I don't recall talking about RP at all. Just touching base with folks we've come to know here, how's your life going, how's the wife/husband, love your hat, that kind of thing. No need to get our panties in a knot.
Bryan, I pick on you & Rob because I love you guys, and we don't talk nearly often enough. Selfish though it may be, it's a fact. No pressure, of course everyone does what they have to do, and what they are comfortable doing.
I have a full Zoom license & offered to set up the next call if that's appropriate. Being invited isn't pressure to participate, merely an invitation. Just another way to connect in these dire times.

I know. It's just that there's a lot of pain and isolation and extra alienation out there in the world. Heck a lot of it is mine from my point of view. Some things are by choice and some things have to be. I just don't want to add to any negativity if I can help it, not necessarily referring to a zoom-up. If naive then it's a choice. Conflict can get pretty cruel. I'm not down with it even though carried along with the tide. I'm going to go out swinging for sure. Hence, irony.

Also I'm not that comfortable with exclusivity and reading some of the commentary made it seem or sound like that kind of situation. Maybe I'm misreading it but if there are opportunities to meet like that in the future I would hope that it wouldn't be an us and them thing. Maybe a talent show or something...best funny face contest or virtual horseshoes. Something... I'm probably over thinking it. That's my speciality. 'Cause I'm special...lololol ugh

My shadow logic perhaps. There have always been gangs or groups or cliques here. It's not so unusual. Many have met or know each other in the meat world. It's a pretty cool thing. But to say you're invited but you're not gets sticky if ones attitude and desire is to make peace and build and sustain a community and gets tricky when walking a perpetual tightrope as has been proven here in paradise many times over. I can be a public arbiter of my own attitudes and thoughts/words and no one else's. My personal judgements will have to be private. I'm an equal opportunity thorn on the rose...
