AVRCP (whatever that means) was default at 1.4.
Tried 1.5 and 1.6. They worked until you turned the engine off.
Then back to normal.

But 1.3 works perfectly.

Yeah bluetooth  can be a bit finicky.

The only thing I know that may help is trying different avcrp versions.

Glad you found it,   bluetooth  is mostly handled by the phone.  
But there's a few things you can try.
Is this an  iOS or Android device?

But don't have a lot of data, so when i saw i could download cache... wow.

So, the cache plays fine on my phone.
But when i try and play it through the van via bluetooth, it shuts down the bluetooth connection.
I have used various apps via the same bluetooth with no problems.
You ocassionally get a split second of sound befor it breaks the BT connection.

What am i doing wrong please?
