First, the praise: I (we) have been listening to your wonderful radio station for about 10 years. We are in the UK and hardly listen to anything else. We support you every year too. Keep doing what you are doing.

Now the cutting out problem: Thinking back, in our old office (we work from home) we used to listen to RP through a SONOS device and I don't recall ever having a problem.

However, since we moved to NAIM Muso devices in the office and throughout the house, about 6 years ago, we have regularly suffered from RP cutting out. It is not every day, indeed we can have a week of no problems at all, but more often than not RP will cut out once or twice a day. We can live with that. However, sometimes it cuts out repeatedly, maybe 5-6 times an hour and for anywhere between about 20 sec and 5 minutes each time. When this happens we have no choice but to turn to another radio station  :-(

In our office we listen on a NAIM Muso (1st Gen), and in the house we have a myriad of NAIM Qb (1st Gen) devices. We have a fibre broadband connection with 350 Mbps up/down. We used to have a much slower connection and the problem was the same back then too.

Edit > I should add that we don’t have this problem with any other radio stations.

Can you shed any light on how we could fix this problem, or things we can try? Can we do something like setting a different stream to listen to on these devices?

Any help would be great.
