I'm ok....too much time in the woods yesterday. I'll pop a couple Flonase and be back at it in a jiffy. I'm just not understanding the spring allergies. I'm usually getting a break come springtime because my allergies are normally bad during the winter. Oh well.

Arm/shoulder a little sore from the shingles vaccine that I got yesterday. Good thing I wasn't planning on bench pressing 300 pounds today. No other reactions.
Sore. I fell down walking Weezie earlier while I was vigilantly keeping an eye on the loose dog across the street. Owie! Skinned knee (through my pants, un-torn thank goodness) and scraped elbow ... on my sore right arm, of course. Nothing broken, thankfully! It was a spot where the pavement is higher than the yard next to it (no sidewalk) and I mis-stepped on the uneven portion. Boom!

i very rarely get sick
however, i can personally attest to the nastiness of the flu this year
Ooooh.....sorry. Feel better soon! I'm knocking on wood. So many people I know have it. I've been lucky. No covid or flu of any kind. I'm like you...rarely get sick but when I do.....bleh.
