When I visit the US, I usually get a US Sim, but people I know in the US just used their Sprint plan in Thailand because it was as cheap as anything and they had plenty of data

Visiting a different country for a month and can't tell: do I want a Verizon $10/d pay if you use it international plan, or a $70/month plan for 100 texts/100 minutes of phone, or a Vodaphone sim with 10G on it so I have a new local phone number, or a Slack sim so I can use their copious WiFi outposts, or just fug it all and only use the little spots that provide WiFi for free and wing it in between those places.

Imagine if I weren't tech savvy. How does the average person make a rational choice between their options?

Just did it again, the previous song is listed as Blitzkrieg Bop, but it was playing The Who - Magic Bus (Live) on top of a violin song (maybe that same song).
