I've heard of "couch potato." Someone who plants themselves in a couch in front of the TV. I've heard of "sofa slug." About the same as the aforementioned. "Couchsurfer" sounds a little creepy. Conjures up some interesting mental imagery. I can't keep up with all the new uses for old words.
