So I knew a material scientist who had worked in the eastern US studying concrete. She drove to DC to pick up some NIST standard cement for her research but hit an ice storm when she was heading home and got stuck in the breakdown lane on the highway. She didn't have any sand in the car but the very expensive cement got her back on the road.

Great article but I try super hard to avoid listening to interviews with Fogerty because like the article says, the pity party just sours me on the music for another half-decade. Then I get back to enjoying it.

She will. It's her passion. She just needs a break right now.

But I just watched a short video that I believe will be a total game changer.
Researchers at Harvard and Cornell University have just -for the first time in history - discovered a compound that stops our cells from aging.
I couldn't believe it at first, but I've been researching this all day...and the results are amazing.

You have to watch this video and see for yourself . It might be the most important thing you do all year for your health.
I'm forwarding it to everyone I know...feel free to do the same. Stay Healthy, Manbird Experiment Knikken Knokken Research Staff
P.S. I've also heard this is doing wonders for people with age-related physical deterioration: weaker muscles, worse workouts, reduced stamina, joint pain, weight gain, and even weak libido. If you've had any of these issues, you need to watch this video ...it might have the answer you've been looking for.

A guy we fired from our ski patrol because we were sure he was stealing from us... just got arrested for stealing from a state- and privately-funded foundation, doing the exact same sorts of things. He got a few hundred from us, but several thousand from the bigger fish.
I went looking for photos of "hoosegow" to illustrate this little episode because it couldn't happen to a nicer guy, but instead found this amusing clipping:
