I can tell you that 3 months ago when it had gone UP by .1 I was really dismayed and angry. It isn't as if I wasn't trying. So today she came out and said "you're down a point!" I was all "so I'm back to 6-point-4? and really about to throw a fit and say fuggitol. She wants to see me in 6 months, so fingers crossed it's not an anomaly and that I can also keep everything else headed the right direction.

The insult-to-injury is our production schedule this year means I only get the 25th off and the 1st. So we really can't even go play except on the weekends like usual. I'll probably take a vacation day somewhere in there.

I can tell you that 3 months ago when it had gone UP by .1 I was really dismayed and angry. It isn't as if I wasn't trying. So today she came out and said "you're down a point!" That's what was on the horizon, I suspect. 

I haven't been able to limit intake across the board, so the current fad of intermittent fasting is doing the trick. Fingers crossed I get into the 4s

I am finally fulfilling a long time dream of mine, a tin roof.   I wanted plain ol' tin without any covering but the wife wanted Hunter Green  so hunter green it is. {#Lol} Paint is barnyard red, talk about a Christmas house!{#Eek}
