Great visit to quickes cheese this morning. This is mature cheddar, oak smoked cheddar, ewes milk cheese, double Gloucester, red leicester and Cornish blue. It was fascinating looking around the dairy where they handmade the cheese and then mould it in cloth. And this was for work!

i don't think i've ever been moved emotionally by a "fried cheese sandwich" video quite like i've been moved by this one.
