Veritable Chaumes . Creamy, mild, edible rind, stinky. Oh, so good!

Great visit to quickes cheese this morning.
This is mature cheddar, oak smoked cheddar, ewes milk cheese, double Gloucester, red leicester and Cornish blue.
It was fascinating looking around the dairy where they handmade the cheese and then mould it in cloth. And this was for work!

I'll have to try out that sriracha bread recipe. I use that Huy Fong Sriracha (aka - Rooster) sauce quite frequently.
