Click and hold in an empty part of the toolbar, and drag it any where you like.

Check this vid or just do a system restore. Make sure you lock the taskbar when you've got it where you want it.

I've done this two million times and fixed it 1,999,999 times but I don't remember how...... I accidentally moved the tool bar on my mum's pc to the length of the screen instead of the bottom. My mum gets thoroughly confused when anything changes on her internet (including a new ad on her gmail page) How do I fix this!
