I had to run to Target for just a couple of items at lunch, and every single associate that came my way made eye contact, asked how my day was going, and if I was finding everything okay.
 
 
It's been a long time since I've seen exceptional customer service like that anywhere. Oftentimes, they don't make eye contact so they won't have to deal with you.
 
 
I asked to fill out a comment card - the young woman at the service desk thanked me for taking the time to stop and do that.
