Creative imagination can't be invented, but only tapped...to the ultimate point where children can evolve to mercy, disease be healed, and war occupy the death of itself...to get to where the ultimate love is indicated the pride of mankind must inhabit the face of futility. First thing in the morning is the best time to have any kind of dental work that is gonna hurt profoundly. You simply get up and go with little time to think about it. Its been my strategy forever. That and take a couple of percocets an hour before to make sure.
And don't forget the nitrous, ever ...
