in a blast email from quora...
(i'm loyal to the end)
======================
What should you never do to your dog?I have a friend who is a vet.
I asked my veterinarian friend that day, what is the hardest thing about being a veterinarian?
He said that the most difficult part is when euthanizing the pet, because 90% of the owners can't bear to watch it, to be in the ward for injection.
But at their last moment in the world, pets are actually looking for their owners, anxiously.
And this part often made him feel broken.
My point is, never leave your puppy (or any pet) even if euthanizing is needed for it. Stay with your pet at its last moment.
Never abandon your pets!!!
You never know what miserable things that could happen to them, once you abandoned them.

Yes indeed. Thanks Antigone!
This should surprise Absolutely No One but...Trump never had a dog or pet as President, and that's a historical exception.

Yes. Before us she had a litter. She was semi-feral and then a rescue cat before coming to our home. Don't think her eyesight was ever great. She loves the sound of our voices, more so than other pets both cats and dogs I have had over the years.

Scott: That's a real cuty.
Not a dog but our ageing Ragdoll cat (18 years?) is coming close to the end. Her kidneys are slowly failing; her hind legs no longer have any strength left.
I used to go on 700 metre to 3 km walks with this cat. When preparing for a walk, she would race around the house in excited anticipation.
Unlike other cats, when Numéro dos â Dossie puss to her intimates â likes to hang close with us when she is in pain and has been demanding a lot of attention as of late, such as waking us up at 5AM. I am worried how my wife will react when we finally have to put Dossie puss down.
for your kitty cat...

Thanks.
Bailey found us when he was 1,
and its was 14.5 years of good times.
The house is so lonely without him,
but it was time for him to move on.
