Ignore me completely. Except for this: was this not a thread on a corny BBC space spoof? Whatever...good people and good people are everywhere around here. All families have the "different" ones. Have a great week!

Hi, Plaice. There's also a history several years long preceding this (some here in the Forum, and over three years of intense conversation in Journals), and I am guessing a fair bit of anger that yes, he does have a problem, but the problem he's worrying about isn't the real one he should be focusing on. And the help he's asking for will only allow him to prolong it.

That and total self-centeredness and obliviousness to a community in pain.

It's good to have new eyes to see things, though. Thanks for speaking up.

Yeah, Beaker,  I'm relatively new here and, I'll tell you, figuring out your customs is a real challenge.  But it seems to me  there are people in this community who get that Tray has a problem, that he brought up an unfortunate topic in the very wrong place and at the worst possible time, and that he feels embarrassed about it.  Piling on the humiliation seems unnecessary and unkind to me.

You can't tell the players without a program around here. Let me help: Tray drank half a case of beer, got a DUI and wants us to help him WITH LEGAL ADVICE. Also is worried he might be driving drunk when someone makes the mistake of crossing the street in front of him. Says he posted his junk in a conversation of mourning because he's never been to the RP forum and doesn't know his way around etc. but has actually made hundreds of posts here. No, snarkiness and cruelty aren't what I want to engage in. But it's all I got.
