I didn't see any filters; the PPT shows a couple more hi-res things. But the 4 that I did find are done. I had to dump the photoshop paths because they weren't fitting anymore for some reason but they should be pretty quick to re-draw in AI. Or if you like how they are in AI, open them in PS and then open your original tiffs and steal the paths from there...
I guess I could email you with all this but hey. The AI file can be edited if you want to move the logo up and down. If you need to slide it left or right around the cap that's a little bit trickier but can be done.
Appearance panel: 3D Revolve (click) (check preview) Map Art (click) (check preview) move to Surface 7 of 7, the logo should be there. You can't keyboard nudge it, you have to just drag it. Okay Okay Okay and there you go.
the file "4D" has a version of the "cap" without the mapped logo. I use that to fit everything, make sure I had the rotation and size correct-ish. Call me if you want to just have me splain it on the phone or ichat or whatnot.
Edit: Looking at it here, I think I have the logo pushed too far to the right of the spigot, so in the AI file I moved it left a bit. I adjusted 3 out of 4 after looking at it...
That's perfect - there were just the 4 images. Tomorrow I have to save them in a bunch of sizes for print and web and do a little more photoshop work on a couple of them but the frustrating part I couldn't figure out is done so I can move forward now - thanks!
OK - the images, logo, and instructions are in the dropbox (invitation sent) - and send me an invoice (or just let me know how much to paypal you) when you're done. Let me know if you have any questions.

Send me the logo and the hi-res art. I should be able to do it and send you the AI file and you can tweak it if need be.
Yeah his tutorial had too many picayune details that were distracting... ==========
Edit: Tell me if the logo laps onto the curved/flared out lip or if it sits just above that. The one you have looks like it might be down on the flared out part a little...

I've never had to do this so I went and did the google thing. This guy has a good tutorial, too many details but hey, it's easy... in Illustrator. I appreciate the chance to learn new stuff.
The logo in this image should be centered beneath the spout of the water filter. I have no troubled tweaking it so it wraps around the cylinder when it's centered but I have no idea how to change the perspective. I thought I almost had it using 3D mode in CS6 but I hit a brick wall.

When I explained this to the client and asked him if he was OK with the logo centered he blew a fuse and called the image crap and said he would rather have no logo than the crap I made. Whoa. Someone needs a juice box and a nap.
In Photoshop CS5 and CS6, 3D functionality was part of Photoshop Extended.

I don't have CS Extended, so no 3D tools in it.

what's it stopping on? I did a batch the other day that got hung up on the JPEG compression settings. Only about 30 in the folder so I just hit enterenterenter a lot and was done. But there's a setting for "ignore Save As blah blah" in the batch command which might have fixed it.
That is probably it. Same thing I did. Still didn't reduce the size. I will take another look and see if that fixes it.
I have the same damn problem every time I try to batch process. I set up an action, run it through, it looks like it's work, but then it doesn't. WTF? Any hints? I am trying to resize my images to a postable size.
