Sure. I get tired of being insulted all day, embarrassed every day, ignored every day, by a president that's supposed to be beholden in some small part to what I want to see. But sure. Rah. Go team.

I have no issues with Space Policy Directives One through Three (and counting?) but even something like that, which IMO every American should feel good about (except for the overmilitarization aspects), he had to pretend he knew wtf he was talking about and make it sound like he had this great idea so he told his people and now we have the US Space Force. When we all know the groundwork's been decade(s).

Personally, I am not stricken by hatred for him or even a desire for him to fail.  Every President since Clinton (and probably before) has sought to have other NATO members increase their defense spending - particularly Bush and Obama, but they didn't resort to dire threats.  Perhaps that approach is necessary, but still, he came away with no more than his predecessors had already arranged.

Generally, it's pretty pointless and shallow to comment on someone's appearance, but I'm curious: did Gowdy go to the Ticonderoga® Pencil factory to get that haircut?  If so, their sharpener is off-center.

I'm surprised he didn't come back with something like that. What kind of cop doesn't have opinions on the person they're investigating? A guy steals a car, and they have a suspect, why wouldn't the cop say to themselves or a victim or anyone "we'll get him."? OF COURSE the cop means "if he's the one who stole it." It goes without saying. Wouldn't be much of an investigation if he's supposed to be hunting for clues regarding a suspected car thief and instead was, I don't know, sitting in bars waiting for the car to drive by.

Politicians are the only people who can have biases about a person or a case and aren't expected to set those biases aside as they go about their jobs.

That's a standard procedure for him - rail and tweet about a "crisis" (which he has usually made up) then later allege he has since solved it through "fantastic" negotiations, though little or nothing has actually changed.  It's like the North Korean "agreement" which essentially reiterated their previous commitment to "work toward complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula", yet he claims "North Korea is no longer a nuclear threat".  It makes it appear as if he accomplishes something "tremendous" or "fantastic".

You can thank people like Phyllis Schlafly for the failure of the ERA to pass.  Never mind that Phyllis had an MA in government from Radcliffe College (an all-women's school, now part of Harvard University) and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis.
Some of her winning quotes, according to Google:
Sex education classes are like in-home sales parties for abortions.

Feminism is doomed to failure because it is based on an attempt to repeal and restructure human nature.

Putting women in military combat is the cutting edge of the feminist goal to force us into an androgynous society.
Wikipedia has this golden nugget:

In March 2007, Schlafly said in a speech at Bates College in LewistonMaine, "By getting married, the woman has consented to sex, and I don't think you can call it rape."
