Actually that number is probably kind of low; most Americans that have been in this country for at least 3 or more generations have a lot of African blood in them, I would be shocked if I didn't. I am going to write the NSA or DHS or whoever some day and ask them if they could supply me with my dna information; maybe save a buck.
