They look more like they're leaving than arriving - I assume he was try to peek up those skirts while they were sitting across from him.  However, they do look pretty together; maybe some other guests finished off all that beer and booze.

"Well, there's no more to drink, and then there's, um...well..I think we'll be going."
"No, wait, stick around.  I was just going to put on the new Golden Earring album!"

I think they are moving from the couch because of the hand in the crotch.

Well Lisa doesn't have it yet, but I think the developing scowl that Tina is displaying implies that she has noticed that Ted's hand is doing more than just hiding a little something.

Greetings, my friend. We are all interested in the future, for that is where you and I are going to spend the rest of our lives. And remember my friend, future events such as these will affect you in the future. You are interested in the unknown, the mysterious, the unexplainable.

The glasses do rock. The fact that there are only 2 out of 6 left attests to previous successful partying.

Some party tips.
1) Depending on the nature of the party, make either (a) chex party mix—homemade only, though, (2) little finger sandwiches with the crusts cut off, with underwood deviled ham or underwood chicken spread, or (3) anything along that continuum where you feel comfortable.  Obviously Wet-naps are a judgment call.
2) If you normally protect your furniture with plastic covers, remove them for the party.  If you normally do not cover the furniture, by all means cover it for the party.
3) Review your medicine cabinet, pretending to be one of your guests, and make adjustments as necessary.  If you carry a purse, place it somewhere inconspicuous, or even better, hidden.
4) Don't forget to be yourself!
Wish I could be there.  Have fun!

My favorite of the "You Ever Have This Kind?" ones is sadly no longer with us.  The little man was dropping butterflies attached to anchors which fluttered their way down the throat and into the stomach.

Same drapes and wall color, different room. I think this might be the bon-bon girl and her friend again. Nice to see that they can settle down and be proper when required.

I think that woman in the chair may be the woman on the far right of the party photo and the other woman may be the one with the fur collar.

Maybe, I can kind of see 'New', but the font looks weird - could just be home made. Fur cuffs on the lady's jacket would make the timing right for new years.  And cufflinks! I can't believe that was a thing for so long in regular dress up wear.

I have a set of about a dozen frosted glasses with the Seattle world's fair theme. I don't believe they ever had a caddy specifically for them. I see sets of 6 and 8 all the time for $100-$150. I still serve cocktails in them, but only to the non-clumsy friends.

Yeah, it looks like some sort of cowboy theme on his glass, though it may be a Christmas motif. Maybe "Wildman" is trying to compensate for still having his Parker pen in his shirt pocket well after work.
Unfortunately, that appears to be the only slide from that particular party on that guy's Flickr.  There are some intriguing pictures there - especially the "Mid-Century Mindset" folder.
