The obvious solution is to get rid of women's sports. Let everyone compete equally with no quotas assigned to a particular gender.

Curious.  Why are your posts CONSISTENTLY on the opposite side of rational, reasonable, mainstream opinion?
It's almost like your only intent on this forum is to try to stir the pot and create rancour.

All-the-while everything could be so peacefully chilling (if I weren't beaker - i.e. the established Zionist troll).

Sorry...Mick who?

For folks under 40, the Rolling Stones are "my parent's music".   Sure, some love it... but it's not a majority.

If that was 1 member of BTS or Drake... they'd all be snapping selfies. Ariana Grande has been mobbed.

Sidenote:  I have been generally impressed with the openness and approachability of the stars I've seen in attendance (obviously...if you weren't going to be approachable, I wouldn't see it).  I saw Tom Cruise taking selfies...one after another... with a few women touching him in ways that would have been a lot more interesting 30+ years ago.  He just stayed the course...and interacted like a friendly guy from down the block.. I don't like him much, but I'll give him props for it.

That happened to me during the 2004 Olympics.  I was in London, and they had coverage of sports I'd never heard of.  I was late for a meeting because I was in my room watching badminton.

Men's field hockey is fun to watch.

I wasn't looking forward to these Olympics, but I will say the coverage by NBC/Comcast has been light-years better than in the past.  The variety of broadcasts has been interesting.  Right now there is 3-on-3 women's basketball, rowing, equestrian, soccer, judo, beach volleyball, and men's basketball.

I hadn't noticed before until last night that the uneven bars are farther apart than they used to be.  Not sure when that changed but I remember the days of Olga and Nadia, etal. doing "belly-bounces" and hip rolls on the lower bar years ago - it doesn't seem like they do that anymore.  I guess with the bars farther apart the athletes can get more power and height on their swings and dismounts.

So, this is an Olympic non-sequitur but, it is great to watch what are typically marginalized sports on Peacock. Not just highlights but whole events like sailing, equestrian, fencing, badminton and more. Sports that are lucky they get 30 sec. mention on the over-the-air broadcast.
