My best guess is that the artist in the case of Chopin should be Frederick Chopin and in the case of Bach, JS Bach.

As for the album and release date of the works you've linked to, I think you should contact the YouTube member(s) who uploaded the works. You might want to ask Bill if these pieces of info are completely necessary for the Goldsmiths to consider your submissions. Not all songs in the RP catalog have complete information.

Good luck! One final note: few songs submitted for consideration by members make it into the RP catalog. Bill and Rebecca warn people that song selection process is very selective and not fully transparent to RP members.
