Why not use multiple browsers if several open RP windows are desired?  

I am running 2 browsers right now and have 3 more ready to go for other purposes or in case a specific website acts up.

Really, I just got used to the popup player, and also having an RP window open for slacking. I have a downtime routine where I check RP, lob some pithy comment, go over to FB and then my day is ruined because the music stops. I'll get used to it. I should restate more clearly that I am happy as can be with the extension fixing my problem so if I'm the only one moaning about it, please don't expend any effort, just direct people to the extension.

Since this was going to be a neverending problem for your SFW, he found a Chrome extension that keeps him from surfing away from the music tab without a "really, dumbass?" message popping up. Then he changed the name of the thread, and started typing in the third person. Imagine the hushed crowd, waiting for today's final tally, broadcast nationwide and around the world on CBS Sports by Bruno Wassertheil from the 14th green press tower between rounds at the Des Moines Open.
