I try to keep a lot of stream in hand so when this happens I got a buffer, but I'm buffering out (~_^)
I've been unable to get anything to download for a few days, and tonight when I tried I was only able to get a 3 hour stream to download onto one. When it does work, it is still limited to less than 8 hours most of the time, and usually I have to go with a 7 hour 30 minute size request.
This is on two different Kindle Fires.

Is it happening again? really needed a larger block for a flight, could only get 2 hours in a block, then 1 hour in a second block.

Bill G. Has another server failure occurred? This error has shown since yesterday without resolve. I'm traveling tomorrow WITHOUT A CACHE!

I'm having this problem, too.  Facing a 16 hr bus+plane ride later this week, and really hoping I can download ~16-20 hrs of RP goodness to help me get through it.  I've got two Android devices, and both report the "Error:  Could not retrieve offline list" message when I try to download blocks of ANY length.  I have not been able to successfully download any blocks.  (One device has 6GB free, the other has 168(!!)GB free.)

"Normal" pre-fetch stream buffering works fine, up to 6 hours.  I only get the error when I try to use the "ADD BLOCK" button next to Cache Blocks on the Offline Listening screen:
 
 

Hi Guys, having this very same issue with not being able to download large blocks. Seems a few people are but nbot found a work around yet? Is is a RP issue or a device issue?> Cheers

I'm getting this error all day today with the android app. I can download one two hour maximum block. Trying to download a longer block results in the error. I have plenty of storage left on my 2013 Moto X running Android 5.1.  Is this error on my end or RP's end?

Hello, I am trying to download some music for offline listening, every time I try I get the message: "Error: Could not retrieve offline list".
Is that something I can fix on my end? Thank you for any updates/suggestions.
