Since becoming president, Donald Trump has overseen historic increases in defense budgets, fawned over military equipment, installed a number of defense industry insiders in top Pentagon positions and made a major push to sell weapons overseas.
Tremendous stamina...

Thanks for this.  That is the direct result of an actual working anti war foreign policy.

Sadly as already seen below, this means nothing, absolutely nothing to those that it should.  What would 8 years of that look like ?

Maybe, just maybe, if the world as a whole calmed down, we might be able to get around to fixing the other things that are wrong.

That and all the fear mongering about letting Trump having his fingers on the button.

First person in my lifetime that I'm not worried about having their fingers on the button.

No surprise. His modus operandi is to not engage. He didn’t do anything about the pandemic, despite knowing its severity. He didn’t do anything about the rise of racism that made him the figurehead. He didn’t replace the ACA with a better system as he promised. Etc.

He’s just watching TV, playing golf, and profiteering.
And many, many Americans think that’s OK.

Of course in this whole thing it is Kamala Harris who has the most to gain or lose.  In essence by chance(?) she has managed to circumvent the primary process.  Ambition is the true engine that drives political success and she is packing a lot of horsepower.

Of course, the 2016 race was Hillary and NFWHillary. Only reason that Trump won the electoral college (not popular) vote.

For those of you libs/indys etc who want the endless wars to cease, you might want to put aside your hatred for all things Trump, Fox, & Tucker just for a few minutes, and watch this.

Tucker: President Trump wants US troops out of the Middle East

The "next in line" momentum of being VP ain't what it used to be.  Ask Joe about 2016.  Mike Pence is DOA for 2024 (not that Kamala is anything remotely similar to Pence).   VP's get painted with the Presidential brush for better or worse, and her political career could go either way, even against her wishes.

I know that's been a repeated accusation, but - really - how would someone ever think that this is a good place to send in a paid troll, as in how could it be considered an effective tool to sway undecided voters (especially since RP is worldwide)?

I completely agree with you. As BillG pointed out in one of his infrequent conversations here, the number of people posting in the Forum make up less than 1% of all RP members. Many of the people posting here aren't Americans as you point out, driving the Forum's impact on American politics down even further.

As for KK...I've wondered from time to time whether some of the crazier posters here are merely chatbots. That's what KK might only be, apart from the occasional post by a real (sad and confused) human being.

That's a bit overstated. You're an incredible contributor to other things, and folks respect what you have to say (with a few exceptions). I don't have to agree with you to know that you're an RP'er.

But KKK has only rated six songs in more than a year, doesn't seem to have other virtues, and is just mean a lot of the time.

Yes.

I'm still predicting landslide.  The Dems are clearly desperate as their candidate's mental faculties decline with each media appearance.  And Kamala refuses to take questions, time after time.

If anyone thought Hillary ran the worst campaign ever, well, Joe's team is about to take that trophy from her.  Now Joe Biden claims Trump
is 'the only person calling to defund the police!   And then there's this laughable asshole clinging to the latest lies.

How anyone could vote for these Dem candidates and their party of compulsive liars is beyond me.

Oh gosh! You mean ~190k deaths and uncontained pandemic? Or the collapsed economy? Yes, Trump sure has delivered. Please, let's have more death, illness, poverty and famine.

We cannot survive four more years of Trump.

lololol  TDS, you have it.

Trump is going to win re-election.  If you can't see that by now, you're utterly clueless.

Best start writing your will now, if you haven't already — you'll need to bequeath all your goods & worth.  Assumes anyone will remain to disperse your stuff.
