got a little rack/tray for my grill and i don't get to use much as i'd like
but the grilling of the veggie imparts a tasty flavor that is addictive
next best thing is the oven roasting, which i do on the regular
We've been on a sliced zucchini thing lately. halved & 1/4 inch slices browned in olive oil (with garlic and chili paste too!), great with all kinds of stuff.
I wish Dave would eat zucchini! That sounds delish!
