The upstairs stuff looks weird, but the rest looks like normal realtor HDR/stretch perspective stuff (or is that what you are talking about?).

 
Some funny chairs and lighting, and yeah some of them may just be photoshoppy but I think some of the lawn and foliage is fake. The carpeting seems legit. Just a lot of makeup. The exposed beam in one room seems to be in rougher shape than the walls around it. Since BHD said there were holes in the roof, I wonder if they patched them with shingles or pixels.

No surprise there. This place sold in January of this year at $242k. And pay no attention to what it's saying about the property taxes. This is also one of those homes that the local FD may deem "indefensible" because of its position on the property. It is a lovely private site. And no longer in my safety zone so who cares?
 
Generally I think the investment company which owns it has seriously overpriced it. They're based in Bainbridge. This ain't Bainbridge.

How much was it? The current price doesn't seem exorbitant for the area and quality.

I don't mind minimalist. This just isn't very attractive.
 
  Yeah, the "sterile" or "commercial kitchen" look is appealing to a lot of people.  When I worked in the trades years ago we were starting a project to turn a screened porch into an enclosed sun room/breakfast nook thing in a pretty fancy, expensive house.  It was off the kitchen and the boss was in there talking to the homeowner - who was a surgeon.  The kitchen had all stainless steel appliances and we weren't really scheduled to do much in the kitchen other than re-do the doorway between the two rooms.  While the owner was talking to the designer and lead carpenter he pointed out how he was going to have all the appliances replaced.  He said something about how he didn't want to eat or have food prepared in a room that looked like a hospital morgue.
