Even with at least 5 different "rock" FM stations.

That Onkyo is at least as good as all the entry level usb units but the Pro-ject Debut III would be better.

Some of the new USB turntables were suppose to automatically convert and entire album over to a flash drive.

How about a good software app for a Mac to do that automatically?

There are many usb tables but you need to spend around $300 or so to get one that begins to be decent. It also depends on what kind of quality you expect and want.

If you already have a decent DAC and a stereo with a phono input you might be better off getting a used real turntable with a nice cartridge. It will work better than most of the all in one usb units.

You definitely have to design around them. They are nearly 8 feet tall, 1500 lbs, and this set is available for 'just' $38,000. You'll probably spend at least that much again on a system to drive them too.  Better act soon, there are less than 300 of these in existence (although pertinent to the other discussion, consider that they are for sale after a divorce...).

Not for the faint of heart, space or wallet. Damn google.
