Glad you found it. The CD version is a different mix and not just shortened than what was on the vinyl. The vinyl lp version is 9:48 long and is excellent sound quality {#Music}

Yeah,that  45 rpm Sympathy was outstanding,like Procal Harlum's ; Whiter Shade...some music I remember mostly for their sound quality,I keep on thinking of a Paul Revere & The Raider's LP,that needed some big altering of bass and treble but boy when fixed had an exellent sound. On CBS,if memory serves.

Found it,some nice keyboard work,a little Yes influence maybe,was 5min 50 sec,not very good sound quality on the free Spotify though.  Eliza Gilkysons' Rare Bird played next,almost a BillG segue.

I've thought about getting that also but also haven't heard any of so thats put me off too. If its as good as what I heard at theit '71 concert at the Alpine Resort in WI that I went to its definitely going to be worth it I think...I'll probably wait until I find a cheaper copy though as being on disability doesn't leave much left over for stuff like that. Actually I am $300-$400 a month behind....

Being behind financially sucks. I've had to lay low the last couple of years because of the slow economy. Hopefully I'll be working steady again one of these days.

I'll be looking for that. Have you heard the Boston Tea Party recording from 1970? It's a four lp box set that is supposed to be incredible. At $50 for the set I've been reluctant to pull the trigger. I'd like to find a digital copy so I can decide if it's worth it.

Then play on goes without saying (I think) That was a great album.I forgot to mention Future Games. I loved that one. Danny Kirwan and Bob Welch created a slower more contemplative Fleetwood Mac. I also forgot to mention Bare Trees, which I used to play a fair bit. I actually like the fact that Fleetwood Mac had so many lives. All the different (and talented) musicians collaborating over the years was a nice side effect to the apparent inner turmoil.

I'm most partial to the Peter Green era also. I am glad I got to see them live in '71. I saw them again in '86. Totally different of course. I call that their Slamwood Hack era {#Mrgreen}

I like Then Play On and Future Games the best.

I am glad the Sherwood is working good without any hassle.

I've got this one on the shelf. I have most everything through the Peter Green, Danny Kirwan, Jeremy Spencer, Bob Welch incarnations in some form or another. Good stuff. I have some of the Buckingham/Nicks incarnation too, but of course that was a totally different gig.  I also have  "Buckingham Nicks" on vinyl.

I'm most partial to the Peter Green incarnation, but Mystery To Me, Heros, and Penguin have gotten a lot of play over the years too, as well as Kiln House.

Regarding the Sherwood, after all that I couldn't reproduce the issues I was having before while bench testing the unit, so I cleaned it up and moved it in. It's powering the speakers on the front and back porch. Just in time for a visit from my wife's brother in a couple of weeks. He probably hasn't seen his old Sherwood in ten years.

Thanks again for your help Dave.
