Still sore and a little woozy today. I got a little light-headed in the shower today and I need to be up moving around but it keeps happening. I'm going to try to walk to the mailboxes with my mom later. It's a beautiful day and I could stand to get outside for a few.

GREAT! My son & I are going on a road trip later today to visit my brother for a couple of days. Spring break will be my son's focus while the adults reminisce. Should be fun. Making memories.

Just waiting for the eye drops to wear off so my eye's won't be dilated. The stuff the eye doc uses lasts 24 hours. My sleep study at the hospital sleep center didn't come up with anything useful except that I have mild sleep apnea but only if I sleep on my back. As I usually sleep on my side they didn't think ti scored high enough to warrant a CPAP. My BP didn't spike during the testing so no help with that. The cancer my Oncologist tested me for as well as my current cancer came back neg. Now he wants to check me for Pancreatic and Adrenal gland cancer. He said worst case they will want to do a full body CT. I am not really willing to do that because of the high risk from the massive amount of radiation. I've already had 2 lifetimes worth of radiation from all the imaging from my previous cancer stuff. I used to be a CT Engineer and know the risks from these scans. Most Doc's don't know or don't want to know.

Sore. Very sore.

Better. I spent most of last night stuffed-up, headachey, and tossing and turning as I went from "holy carp it's cold, let's put on lots of blankets" to "holy carp, my pillow is soaked with sweat, I'm burning up, get these blankets off me" every few minutes.

Now I'm just a little congested.

I found out from my kids that one antibiotic doesn't always do it. Sometimes you have to try a different kind.

It's always worked for me.

I've had a "cold" for almost four weeks. I've had a headache for 2. My ear has been plugged and in pain for a week. The antibiotics took the pain from an 8 to a 4, but now it's back to an 8, with a headache and general malaise as a chaser. The neti pot, Sudafed, horseradish, hanging upside down, codeine-laced cough syrup and the steam have done nothing. My poor three year-old just wants to run, run run! but all I want to do is sleep. If you have any suggestions, no matter how crackpot, I'll take 'em!
