schlabby's new favorite:  diced chicken breast, browned in olive oil with garlic, sliced kalamata olives, diced artichoke hearts, and diced sun dried tomatoes, served over pasta.

L cooked a turkey with one of those once.  It popped out an hour early, so she took it out of the oven, hurried the other courses and called everyone to come and eat.  When she started to carve the bird, it was still raw inside.  We had to put it back in for an hour while everything else got cold.  We still joke about pop-up turkeys.
