I love the Balkan song in this mix (The Stars are Shining). It's hilarious.  Also Marty Robbins.  Cordelia's Dad sounds like Gin Blossoms - rockalicious.

And the Long Ryders too! {#Dancingbanana} (Looking for Lewis and Clark)

scott - can't tell you how cool it was to hear your opening song for the cd. i'm a long, long time fan of jonathan (w/ or w/o modern lovers), have seen him live a bunch, and he always makes me smile. so cool that you're down with him. not to say the rest of the mix wasn't just as good, it's just that the opener just hit me and made me smile. i knew from that point on i'd love the cd. thanks.

Great!   It's funny, I've got two other mixes I've started (so I won't be so unprepared when my turn rolls around again) and two of these songs are on them

I love the cover too.  I am going to do that cardboard sleeve thing next time— what a great idea!

Just downloaded you .zip file and PDFs. Great stuff! I haven't listened to the music yet, but will later on today.

Just wanted to point out to the Peeps not familiar with PDFs: make sure when you print them out, that the scaling is set to "none". Many times the default setting sticks to "Fit to Printable Area" or "Shrink to Printable Area". You want it to be set to "none" so it prints out at 100%.

The whole thing was a non-spellchecked last minute slapdash debacle so I'm sure there're things in there I regret. I'm not even sure the liner notes are in the right order...

I printed on cardstock and folded it all up into a self-cover thing, used a sticker on the flap to close and put a mailing label on the middle of the image there.
