No, just his posting and a PM on Nov 12 about running late.  He was expecting to get his mixes in the mail last week.  But since he hasn't said anything, my guess is that things got too hectic.

Odd.  I guess most of the shows I've seen have been GA shows.  I've seen Neko a few times now and they've all been GA.  Of course, I go mostly to club shows.  The only places I get ticketed seating are at theater shows, which are a rarity for me.  I guess the last time for that was when we went down to Knoxville to see John Prine with BDH.

Hmm. The venue I went to see Neko Case in on Thursday night wasn't terribly large (it's an old converted theater), but it was ticketed seating. There just don't seem to be any general admin seating venues in the area that I'm aware of.

small venues.  We got front row seats for Dave Wakeling at a tiny place here in NH.  Good lord that was a fun show.

But I'm talking about general admin shows that are standing room only (other than a couple of choice bar tables here and there). I don't know that I've ever been to a general admin show that has seating.

I love general admission.  Because if I really care, I can get there early and get a better seat.

With a ticketed venue, seems like no matter how try I follow where tickets are sold or how to get them, or when... I always get some lousy seat I can't control.

I miss the old days of sleeping on the sidewalk waiting for the ticket place to open.

i only did that once in the very late 80's for the stones. it was a completely crazy experience for 3 days...i was 5th in line and it was like a carnival atmosphere in downtown pittsburgh. i had friends bring me food/drinks (etc!) and it was a grand time and life changing experience as i met several people with whom i am good friends to this day. only got 10th row, though. but on keith's side. so i was happy. AND, since i could buy up 10 tickets (max at the time) my friends who asked me to do this, got me my ticket for free. i'll never forget that, or the show.
